We are, of course very proud of all our products and our designers. We serve some 500 customers per year and receive 93% Very Good or Excellent rating from them. We are equally proud of the recognition of our service by The Consumer Protection Association, under its Quality Design and Installation Scheme which offers our customers added reassurance.

There's no better way to establish how good a company really is than to ask their previous customers.

That is just what the Consumer Protection Association Quality Installation scheme does.

All members of the scheme agree that all their customers are asked to complete the CPA Survey questionnaire at the end of contracted work. The survey sets out to establish whether the members were efficient, professional and whether the customer would recommend them.

The Consumer Protection Association is an independent body providing a range of services designed to offer consumers additional peace of mind when they are involved in a major transaction. The CPA is not tied to any particular industry and their objective is to assist the consumer.
